Rainbow in hard rain

Ed and I went to fly fishing to the private river in Saitama prefecture.

It was hard rain and milky white river due to big typhoon last week. Actually not so good condition but Ed caught many trout on nymph.

Finally we had fun a lot!

We had to wade sometimes.

First trout of the day caught by Ed.

Trout is close to big stone in stream.

And fish on!

Fish was not active but "beads head nymph" was very effective in murky stream. Dry fly fishing is the my best favorite style for trout however don't forget BH nymph in box.
