Paolo and I went to Tenkara fishing trip to a mountain stream.

If you wanna feel nature in Tokyo, I recommend trip to the Okutama area. There’s a mountain side of Tokyo and it takes two hours by train from Shinjuku where is one of biggest terminal in the world.

A sunny day in May, Nicolas and I went to packrafting-fishing to Nagatogawa river where is one of branch of Tonegawa river and there is also famous bassfishing river.

It’s over Hanami season and young green leaves growing in trees in forrest now. Yes, it means opening the fly fishing mid-season!
Actually, I watched many kind of aquatic insect in here and there in the river on the day. It was lovely and peaceful landscape for fly fisherman, right?
