Camping in highland, Nikko

 It's really hot in Summer in Tokyo and I went to a retreat to the Nikko highland. There is Not so close to Tokyo ant it takes 4 hours from train and local bus.

 There is 1,400 meters elevation and very cooler than Tokyo.

Yamame on Tenkara

 Went to Tenkara fishing trip to a mountain stream where is same river of fishing on last weekend.

Yamame in headwaters

 Went to fly fishing to a local mountainstream but there is upper stream than usual place, actually there is headwaters.

Family Goby Fishing Day

 Some families gathering in a canal in Tokyo on "the day of sea", national holiday in Japan. It was family goby fishing day!

 Last Sunday, Vincent and I went to Fly casting training at Yoyogi-koen park, Tokyo.

First Salvelinus trip in 2018

I went to fly fishing expedition for "Salvelinus" / Japanese char to Fukui prefecture.

There are my friend Hira-san's home rivers and we enjoyed lovely, lovely, really lovely fishing!
