There is one of historical water way/canal in down town of Tokyo and we enjoyed chatting on the water.

Our team and I went to annual fishing trip to lake Hibara, Fukusshima pref. for Smallmouth bass.

We went to "Hanami" by kayak. It was cloudy and a little bit cold but best blooming Cherry blossom in Tokyo!

I found get a small hole in my inflatable kayak when I was last paddling. And I repaired it.

We went to annual summer camp to Lake Hibara/Hibarako in Fukushima, Japan. There is fantastic place and the mecca of Smallmouth bass fishing in Japan.

Why don't you go paddling to the JUNGLE?!

There are Yaeyama islands, southwest of Japan and you can enjoy tropical game!

Warm water fly fishing from kayak

May 18th.

Today's guest HK and I went to kayak fly fishing for bass. There are every type of Bass's water in Tokyo area if it can takes two hours: clear lake, muddy pond, river and canal. We chose a canal.

You may think that is the Fenwick rod if you like vintage stuff.
But it's Japanese domestic maker OLYMPIC.
Actually it's copy products of Fenwick.

I was guiding french guys to kayaking in Tamagawa river and it like picnic.

Our usual team and I went to annual summer camp at lake Hibara in Fukushima, Japan. There is the most famous lake for Smallmouth bass.

I met a trouble bear and he walked on bridge of trail.

Nicolas and I went to Tonegawa river again. It was very windy and we were enjoy relaxed picnic after paddling short trip.
